Just because it's been a year is no reason to expect they have hit the magic "pre-determined" number of reports. One doesn't necessarily follow the other.

Well since both of you more or less got the meaning I guess it was not totally out of the order and quite ''plain'' as in:

1. Obvious to the mind; evident2. Not elaborate or complicated; simple3. Straightforward; frank I am not a native English speaker but I know it would be quite a task to ask native English posters to ''translate'' their posts into correct English.
