There's two problems with it.  One covers what might be termed 'sexually deviant behavior'.  The military does not have a favorable view of those activities that are associated with BDSM.  That includes even slap and tickle in the bedroom.  Rough sex, even the stuff that most of us on these boards consider mild,  can relieve a service member of their ability to carry a weapon.  Which leads to, two, it carries just about the same weight as a domestic violence act, and a discharge.  At least, it's going to look that way on someone's discharge papers.

This whole thread is due to military dogs not getting everything they need to keep them happy while they are overseas? 

I expect that Uncle Sam provides food and water for the dogs or the ASPCA would be involved.  I also assume they get regular exercise as they are working dogs.  They also get regular rest times.  Some of the military dog handlers have been my friends, and the dogs were very well treated.  So can I ask what the dogs might be lacking?  Do they need more squeaky toys or bones or whatever?

Status: offline 		Uncle Sam doesn't even provide all the things our servicemen and women need to function in that environment, and it's no different for the working dogs that are over there.  If the OP is able to pull her head out and unfuck herself, perhaps she'll tell you more about this.
