If I wanted to put up a tent in a park in PA- it would be stopped.   You can sit on a bench--but you can not move in.


So there is an appropriate use policy- or as they say online TOS.

His protest wasn't removed, much of the village wasn't, just him (and some woman) arrested for obstructing the police, I expect he's back there now. Yes he's there 7/365.

@Rcdc, the 1km area around parliament doesn't cover Haw, he sits on the boundary....the argument about him having been there before/after legislation wasn't about that, and was thrown out as ridiculous by a judge years ago. The protesters joining him were just the same as camping down anywhere public, which is legal as part of a protest, and all was well until they became so numerous as to start getting in the way.

Apparently Boris's trying to have them prosecuted for trespass, but I reckon by the time the legal things start getting anywhere serious it'll be back down to pretty much just him.
