Yup,the unlikely combo of the ~tea-party~candidate and MSNBC`s Rachel Maddow took front runner Vaughn Ward, who was the GOP backed candidate, down to defeat. One of the "young guns"(ha-ha),a group put together by the GOP,was caught plagiarizing an Obama speech almost word for word.A highschooler could have done a better job of hiding the plagiarism.

"Tea party win embarrasses GOP establishment"

Maddow played the two speeches side by side, lol, and it was hilarious.Especially with the repubs trash talking the President to win points. To hear one then steal from him, lol,it goes from surreal to ridiculous. For the "young gun"in a GOP primary,it was lethal.

So far,the only folks getting hurt by the far radical rightist, are other republicans. How the hell the tea-pottiers think the Rand Pauls and other far rightists of the world are going to fare well in the general elections, in beyond me.But it`s their party, they can cry if they want to.lol

Thanks tea-baggers!

We couldn`t destroy the GOP without you! Muahhh!

Thanks for not just recognizing but drawing attention to the strength and effectiveness of the Tea Party,

Raul Labrador is indeed a very attractive candidate.

It will be interesting to see how many seats they win, and how their baggers do in the congress, and what recriminations will result from that, you think they will get one or two in the entire congress?

The "mauhh", was a kiss of thanks....

Recriminations? Just as in the case of Paul, and Scuzyfavo, after the primaries it's time to kiss and play nice.
Wins? I don't really know anything about Mr Labrador beyond the obvious assumption he's for reducing spending. Rand seems to be a better candidate than Ron (who keeps winning non-national elections), at least if he can keep his hoof outta his mouth.
It's a good year to have an R after your name..... We/they will win some.

It was the best of times... and the worst of times.    lolol

It looks like the anointed candidates, both Dem and GOP, are not faring well.

As it should be.  I want my elected officials to have no party allegiance whatsoever.  Their duty is to the voters of this country.

I agree with all points here.

Oh pah-leeze....

Rand Paul is such a tool.It didn`t take him but one day to flip-flop and go belly up on the CRA of 1964.

And what was his excuse? He was mugged by the liberal media.

Oh jeezze laweeze that is so lame and lazy-minded.He claims to be something different,a new kind of leader but he`s just one more weasel worded, elitist pandering politician.

I also love how he wants to cut government spending except where it pays him.  Seems that spending should be increased,  ie: medicare payments to Dr's like himself.  So cut money from everything/everyone else but leave his (Pauls) alone..  Wow that is something new in politics

That`s the beltway/mainstream media line of blah-blah, but it hasn`t really worked out that way.

The only dem to get the toss that I know of , is republican turn democrat but still republican Arlen Spector.

As a liberal democrat,I`m absolutely thrilled to see Spector go down.I`ll never forgive or forget Spector and his repub-buddies for their mugging and lynching of Anita Hill.

The only dead bodies I see are republican. And they`ve been eaten by their own.
