ORIGINAL: ThatDaveGuy69 I'm not so concerned with the re-arrangement/layout but I really wish someone would put some of that programming effort you mention into weeding out the fakes, scams, etc. And I have, in fact, tried to volunteer my time and programming skills to aid in this but have been met buy a brick wall every time. So all the defense of CM in this thread and countless others rings pretty hollow. ~Dave Perhaps you'll find this to have a little more merit. I have never volunteered My time here at CM. Truthfully, I don't think I'd make a very good Mod. I would definitely have areas where it would be terribly difficult for Me to be fair and impartial. It drives Me nuts when folks can't read a simple guideline to select the proper forum for a post and I can promise I'd be sending little gold bordered emails to those folks who insist on cock shots for their primary photo. (Though, there might be a lot of folks out there who would really appreciate it if I were doing the latter.) I don't really think that anybody who can be linked to their own personal pet peeves just from their posting history would make a good Mod. That includes folks who have repeatedly complained about the number of scammers or anything else that they have a hard on for. It leans too heavily toward the potential abuse of moderation, rather than who we would hope would be chosen as moderators. Folks who have consistently proven that they will be as open minded as possible. That isn't Me and I'm willing to bet that it's not a lot of folks that have accounts on CM.
