During my everlasting onging studies of everything I lay my hands on, I run across something today that really and I do mean really hit the bulls eye regarding rights.

We all heard that a judge would tell people in traffic court for instance "the constitution has no standing in this court".

Has anyone EVER asked why that is or how a judge could possibly say that without being strung up on the short end of along rope?

The sad part is that the judge may very well be correct for that statement in that case as horrifying as it may sound.

So you ask how can that be?

Well I think it is purely evil that people from other mob rule commie democracy infested countries come here on our turf preaching their hidden agenda which is imo truly evil.

Take health care.

Foreigners pounding our asses with pass health care thread after thread of fucking health care, all of which is designed to specifically destroy the republic for the completely conversion to a mob rule democracy.

Why would I even say such a thing?

Simple.

Like social security dumb people who are foolish enough to jump on whatever emotion-greed-mobile of the day they think are getting something for free so they happily and merrily sign on that dotted line only to be snared and trapped for life in an agreement they cannot break out of without an army of new york lawyers.

So they receive 10 cents of benefit for dollars and dollars of their own payouts to support that 10 cents for the rest of their lives.

How does it work?  You tell me.

Here is the saying that is nothing short of way kool.

THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT TAKE RIGHTS FROM ANYONE,

BUT

YOU CAN VOLUNTARILY GIVE THEM UP BY CONTRACTING THEM AWAY THROUGH IGNORANCE.

BY THIS THE GOVERNMENT CAN LEGALLY IMPOSE AN ENDLESS LIST OF OBLIGATIONS/PROHIBITIONS UPON YOU THAT WOULD NORMALLY BE WHOLLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL IF MANDATED BY STATUTE BUT VERY LEGAL IF OFFERED AS CONSIDERATION OF BENEFITS OF WHICH WE VOLUNTARILY APPLIED FOR, CREATING AND SEALING THE CONTRACT.

So the government creates health care social security etc etc and people sign on.

How many of you read the social security act and corresponding code before you signed on?

How many of you will sign up for health care contracting all your rights away then cry piss and moan when the government decides to use you as experimental rats for some new drug or whatever is in obvious violation of your rights, BUT not a violation of contract that is protected by Article 1 section 10 of the federal constitution?

Hell look at all the leftie righties whining about the other guys they contracted to sleep with.  Do we expect the crying to be reduced?   I have a new biz!  Selling crying towels!

OK SO LETS ROCK !

RealOne, true.
But, there's a way to get around that "mandatory" healthcare stuff. Just tell them you're a Muslim. They consider insurance as "gambling."

maybe he just needs to find a forum that isnt open to the rest of the world so he can spout his paranoia and bigotedness to other isolationists and morons.
If he think furrigners posts are "purely evil"  he doesnt get out much does he.

well I would not want to paste a muslim target on my back LOL

I am taking note of all the ferners that are screaming and whining.

They think they their fucked up system should have influence on our republic because they love being slaves.

I guess misery likes company.

Anyway what I was hoping for was to see if anyone out here can identify just what is happening and the MO that the government is using to literally entrap us into slavery to them.

There is a law form attached to it.

Ok ferner slaves back to your democratic whining and crying....  LOL

Isnt the Federal Government sovereign though? Can you sue the Sovereign? Interesting question if you consider it possible to form a contract with it, especially if you consider yourself to be a Sovereign too, which would make it a Treaty rather than a contract, like what them Indian Nations signed you know? The kind of "contract" you cant sue over, leaving you with only two choices really, and one of them is a pretty nasty end; aint no glory in a hail of bullets.

Obey the NWO drones, it is your friend.

Yeah, do they use lube?  If so, what kind?  Jelly?  Astroglide?  Warming or regular?

Enquiring minds want to know.

LMAO

even in your sarcasm you are getting pretty close to the controlling law.  not bad!

the federal guv is not sovereign to the grantor/creator, now it would be sovereign to the rest of the world but then they made a deal with the devil you see.

Of the people here you never fail to impress me.

Anyway its a good thing for these people to understand how the guv gets them.

Maybe if you imagine yourself living in this country you can answer that for them?

hint: How did your monarchy manage their affairs?

One got a bit out of hand, so we chopped his head off. Since then the Monarchy have behaved way better.

RO - the day I fully resolve your riddles, I do hope you shall let me know so that I can make an appointment to see my GP.

The problem is that the closer I get to that resolution the more intricate the next riddle - that not only requires resolution in itself but resolution that is coherent with the puzzle so far, and over all of this is the realisation that although your discontent has valid roots, you are barking up entirely the wrong tree if your goal is to resolve that discontent.

You have a really odd idea of the relationship between the British people and the monarch Hunky, and even their relationship with the Crown.

It aint perfect, we all know that. But its better than anything we ever had before this live and let live stuff where by and large everything is based on consent and we can agree to disagree.

Your gripe is not with the monarch of the UK nor with the Crown. It is with certain others who should like to rule the world, whom it suits very well that you direct your ire at others.

I beg to differ.

Can you not consent and own property in allodium?

If not nothing has changed, at least its the same as here.
