If only Obama were torturing false confession from suspects, fixing elections or selling his soul to BP/Haliburton.

Then there might be something to kvetch about.

But wait, lol, you conservatives loved those embarrassments......

Give him time, O59, give him time. Not all those principled standards of behavior have actually encountered a real world test yet.

add: you might want to dump the "rigging elections" thing from your list. It's a little soon after Sestak, don't you think?

Isn't the big O is targeting American citizens for assassination without even reading them their rights? Sending drones into sovereign nations for bombing raids, and so on?

You would think that would count for something.

What an interesting neighborhood the President chose to make his home in.

Actually it is a really cool part of town. You think that Farrakhan and Obama live in gangstaland?

I thought you did not like the Southside.

Nope. I'm from felony flats, myself, DG, and not the one making the comparison. DEA and FBI raids are cool to watch though.

Besides, it's the people that make a neighborhood interesting, isn't it?

"Jackie Calmes of the New York Times that he called Farrakhan and his son and asked them to have the Fruit stand down"

Okay that sentence just made me laugh. Gotta watch that Fruit.

It is hard for me to respect 'Fruit' unless it is a mango.

Admittedly I may be somewhat ignorant about Chicago, I've only been there once... briefly. But I thought "gangland" was one of its nicknames, especially so for the south side.

Which is more embarrassing/disgusting?

Your jealousy that Obama isn`t fucking up like your bush or your profound hope that he does?

"gang"

Wait,I thought you cons supported armed groups of men imposing their dogma on the rest of us normal folks.

I saw the guns and the tea-party rallies. And the douchbags with signs saying,"I didn`t bring my gun,...this time"

Hey 059 - if you have to post about Bush or the Tea Party, then start a thread.

Just calling a sp... Well damn, that figure of speech isn't going to work, is it?

Is talking about the earthquake that will come to Southern California the same as "hoping for it?"

Depends on how you talk about it.

I`m ok with discussing the long history of bigots using the images of angry, upset black people to spread fear and loathing of African Americans.

How many times did you post Obama`s ex pastor`s damnation of the wrongs committed on black folks by America, editing it down to just the "you want me to bless America, naw naw naw,god damm America"part.

This type of propaganda, using phrases out of context,to make a black man look scary and then continually distributing them to scare normal folks ,is bigotry.

Is that what you wanted to talk about? Your OP?

A more relevant analogy would be your party`s 9/12 movement thingy, hoping for another terrorist attack so the GOPers can rescue us with torture, kidnapping and peeing on the Constitution.

Question, does pointing out that much of the GOP is most of the lunitic fringe, make me a hater?

I mean,is there anyone on the left loony enough to want another 9/11, for political reasons?

Is there a 9/12 movement on the left?

My general thoughts are that if you are going to pick a name for your club, pick one that bears no relation to cakes and fruit.

This is basic stuff.

You know Sanity, it always cracks me up how you act as moderator when there is a topic you don't want to deal with, but you have no problem hijacking other threads.

So I tell you what, I'm going to start helping you out and remind you to stay on topic every time you start to derail another thread.

You don't have to thank me, that's just the kind of nice guy I am.
