Congratulations, being thrown out of a chatroom for not following the herd is your first baby step toward reality. On a good day I can last an hour in a chat room before they boot me, sometimes it is just measured in minutes.

Frankly, I do the same in real life, if everyone is doing x unless I LOVE doing x, I am going to start doing y even if just to annoy those doing x.

Oh hell yes I have a temper, and not one but two Domme's to deal with...I bite my tongue a lot:p I will say both Holly and Karen have the ability to put me in my place more often than not, which is why we're still a family going on 8 years.

WHat really sucks is when ya KNOW that that is teh best thing to do.. have SAID to the other party that this is what ya do in such cases.. and the other party ignores that..

That is hard to deal with, but you can't control their behavior...just your own. Get away from them to calm down and prevent any further damage (plus...don't give 'em the satisfaction of listening to their BS!)

That's what my ex and Mr. A do and did sometimes...either just ignore it totally when I show my "energy"...or telling me straight right in the beginning before I even get started properly....and it sadly works

Holly.. in theory the walk away strategy works great.. in reality, in the case of an abuser, not so much.. an abuser will do whatever they need to do to prevent that exit..

I have intermittent explosive disorder, so sometimes I'll throw stuff haha....nah I have become much more patient, honestly the structure of this lifestyle helps me tremendously. What can I say? I am only human, of course I get a temper sometimes, but I have to try not to let it get me onto trouble, so to cool down sometimes I'll just scream into a pillow or just sit there, staring angrily while telling myself to get over myself. After all, the source of all anger is selfishness.
