Masters and slaves playing competitive games

Status: offline 		Do you ever play competitive games with your Master / Mistress or with your slave?
If you are a slave and you win a game, does it make you "feel" less submissive?
If you are a Master / Mistress and the slave defeats you, do you feel that your authority is endangered?
If you are a slave, do you let your Master / Mistress win, even if you can defeat him / her?

Games in this category include pool, tennis, golf, table tennis, chess, poker, bridge, PES, etc.

Status: offline 		I love playing competitive games with my husband. Mostly in the form of computer games. I never let him win, and I don't feel less submissive if I win because the reason I submit to him is not his skill at games. After competing awhile we tend to team up and work together in awesome ways.

He totally owns me at pool but I'm much better at online Wheel of Fortune.

Status: offline 		In my book, games are won by skill and sometimes luck. It's a game! I would have no respect for anyone who expected me to throw the game to boost their ego. That would be a sham, a pretense, and wouldn't be worth much at all.

But I love getting permission to do those things first more.

Status: offline 		my master and i have a lot of fun playing competitive games from time to time. we usually just try to beat each other at finishing the crossword but every now and then we'll play cards - we used to do it more often. i'm normally not a very competitive person at all but when it comes to board games and card games i have a bitch streak - and i curse a -lot.- but it's all in fun and usually he knows that so it's not an issue :) it definitely doesn't make me less submissive or him less dominant, and i've never let him win at anything if i can help it ;) aside from board games and card games (and sometimes computer games...and beating him to finishing the crossword puzzle), i'm usually not very competitive, though. he's better at crossword puzzles (more practice) and i usually wipe the floor with him at cards.

Status: offline 		I expect my s type to give her all, including during games.  If my ego gets offended at her beating me fair and square, what kind of Dom would I be? That said, if I found her to cheat, that would bother me.

i don't think that it would challenge her dominance if i won, but i have lost on purpose before.  Probably more often than i've tried to win.

i am not a master
Why would I do something that silly?  He is NOT a child.  He is an adult and I treat him as such.  sheeshhhh

Status: offline 		Miniature golf is a competitive sport here. And for some odd reason, we had a streak where the person scoring would always win the game. But it was mainly fun, not mainly competition. I'm never interested in win/lose, always want a win/win ending. However if I had to throw games so he didn't feel bad, then I would haven't been able to submit to him. He's more than secure in himself to know the difference from a game and real life.

Status: offline 		I enjoy playing competitive games, and it has no implications of power or authority. I think it might be fun to have a different consequence or reward for each game I win (or for major milestones within the game) and different ones for any I lose. It might be more practical to do the punishments and rewards afterward, or he might be amused by my getting worse and worse as I got into subspace or was processing pain, for example. Using a submissive as a scoreboard (whether or not I was the target) would be funny - we could use different colored clamps, for example.

Well, if you challenged me to play strip gin rummy, i can assure you that i'd try to win.  i'm curious to see what other tattoos you have.  Heck, i might even cheat.

Status: offline 		Unfortunately, there's only a handful of games that I play that Dom/mes play. Come to think of it, the *only* game that I've played with like minded people (read: kink related people) is/was World of Warcraft, and City of Villains/Heroes

But hey, if any Dom/mes like playing Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty: World at War (Nazi Zombies), Checkers or Chess, feel free to hit me up

Well his daughter kicked both our asses at Monopoly once.  It was ugly - a complete slaughter.

We both submit to her after that.
