That's just one,  the 5 cent per barrel is an old figure.

Either way your right it doesn't really matter.  Your talking about making a $70 barrel of oil $70.32.

Hunkie baby,  he doesn't mean  76 cents per gallon.  He means .76 of a cent.  3/4's of 1 cent, or .0076 cents per gallon.
