Not normally, no. I have, however, during a discussion that got very heated, sworn at my domme. I was not happy with myself afterward.

Generally, never. (See my answer to the first question.) I try, as much as possible, never to say unkind words to my partner as this accomplishes worse than nothing. If I'm with someone where nasty communication is the regular modus operandi, that's a relationship that isn't going to last.

No. Punishment isn't required. We both know when things have gotten so out of hand that we've lost respectful humanity for one another. Sometimes, after we've both cooled down, this means two-way communication is needed to prevent this happening again. Other times, this indicates things have headed south and communication won't repair the already damaged relationship.
