i once wore a large man's tank over a swim suit when i first hit 180.. then i became more active and confident... maybe i didn't look better.. but i lived on the lake and swimsuits, water and swimming was a big part of my life.. then i just found swim suits that have slimming properties.. they have a new material that is even comfortable from Land's End.. affordable suits are found at Lane Bryant.. what i hate is not getting the sun on the entire body from a one piece.. so last year i bought a two piece that looks like a one piece and has a regular bottom or i can wear it with the skirt.. looks like a tennis skirt.. and do i look like a supermodel with my weight up 40 lbs... hell no.. but i have the right to put on a suit, look for shells, swim for exercise just like anyone else. The outside and exercise will only make your beautiful skin glow, and you might lose some weight in the process.. 250 calories an hour having sex,,, 300 calories an hour swimming... wear a suit, have some fun, and the rest will take care of it's self... cause when i stop doing those things is when my weight pics up.. in peace!
