This crossed my desk today. It jumped out at me since it is pretty close to my house.
From the graphic pic- why is his back sliced?
I don't doubt that military exercises go on- - being near Lewisburg Penitentiary- may explain the coke in the body.
Anyhow- I don't think this was even really an issue back in 2002.
When police are tight lipped they are to not wreck the investigation. Very few murders here are not solved. The rate is pretty high.
