i dont fancy the drama queen type. i dont like arguing and fighting( saw it too much growing up), i dont care for scene making or to watch a scene happen. i'm a peace and quiet person in my day to day. but when i've heard the "you're too nice to be a domme","you're only 20, how could you even begin to know what your BDSM orinetation is?","nobody knows what they want when they first come into the scene" speeches more times than i can remember- one would start to believe thats why things don't really pan out well.

I'm beginning to think a lot of your posts are made up. They all flow too perfectly or if they are real, you are blowing things out of proportion. Like others said, a munch is held in a public place. I find it hard to believe that your boyfriend is so irresistible that all the women in the place had to duke it out over him.

Gosh.. I run munches and have even had combination munch, and toy demo events and I could not even imagine anyone doing something like what you describe. And renting a ball room... LOL yeah I am sure my people would be good about paying a fee for the room and deposit, so not gonna happen in my town! Munches are meetings with a meal. Meeting + Lunch = Munch, generally speaking. Play parties are a different kettle o'fish and usually come with fee's to get in the door. Demonstrations have no play, but may show body parts among consensual adults, sometimes with a fee, sometimes not. I really might travel to see a munch that was booked in a ballroom and had activities like you mention, just to see if they draw in bigger crowds.

they flow well because i try to write them out as well as i humanly can. others that have seen more of my posts can attest that used to leave out cruial details, not be clear on what i was getting at...the list goes on. i took the notions with a grain of salt and fashioned my posts to be easily read and followed. i dont think i blow them out of proportion- i wouldnt get any legit help if i did. and my boyfriend isnt so much resistable- he can just easily charm the pants off anybody- me included. he the "easy to talk to, understands your needs, sensitive" type of person. it was only 4 women and i just found it amusing.

i'll keep the meeting+lunch=munch in mind. after my first expirence- anything would have been better than that, which this event was. maybe i was wrong, but i assume it was nt just a play party. 1. i think the hotel would have a problem with those kind of activities taking place. especially since there was staff from the hotel involved. 2. i think i would have to be 21 to be allowed in. and 3. i saw nobody walking around in gear of any sort and/or walking about naked. that would have capped off my evening perfectly since aside from the passive-aggressive submissive and my friend's incident, i had a lovely time.

Just exactly what planet did this happen on? I have attended literally hundreds of munches in many different geographical areas and I've never even heard of anything that would come remotely close to this occurring. Ever. Not in 30 years. Just sayin....

D.C. and baltimore. my first one was in dc. i had heard that the munches were nice since they had a healthy mixture of people from the dc,maryland, and virgina area. i was having a nice time when i had gotten there, but it just took a turn somewhere in the evening.
