If you have a PC, that has Windows Word Processor (Ideal to have XP Home version) I can send to you a CD-ROM that I give to the many students (Masters/Mistresses-slaves) that attend my presentations, workshops and demonstrations.

The Domestic Manual - Organizational Outline --Gives protocols on such things as table
cloths, candle etiquette, what is the size of a coffee/tea cup in old services, glasses
and china, entertaining sort of things, as well as cleaning priorities)
Silent Service Presentation - Historical look at the four foundations the lifestyle borrows
from as to create Modern M/s and or D/s. Ancient times to the Civil War; giving
reasons and origins for protocols and etiquettes used; as well as a healthy look
at historical torture. Ritual/ceremonial "Investiture," positions of submission, etc.
Uncollaring ceremony - Reasons, responsibilities and purposes.
Single Tails - Practical tips for beginners using signal and snake whips.
Whip Tips Presentation - Illustrated- Covers both Master/Dominant techniques and slave

Un-Collaring - The needs, the responsibilities of this ceremony/ritual.
Although I have a lot more knowledge and skills to write on; these are mostly from presentations and mentoring. ((I can hear Master Phil Miller still getting after me to write this stuff down))
