Hi!

I've been hanging around this site for a little over a month now, and I've met a few people from here. I decided to quit lurking around and officially say hello :) I'm pretty new to all this - or at least, practicing it - I've been into this kind of dynamic since I was 9. I'd really love advice or discussions to help me understand myself and others better. Thanks!

I apologize if I'm missing something, but is there a way that people coordinate meets or anything where I could get in touch with like minded people in the area?

Well, you should perhaps mention your area, and then hope to find someone frmo that area here, as dynamics are very area dependent.

You're not missing anything-CM is more of a personals site than a community site.

Your best bet is to get a fetlife account, I think (if you haven't got one already) and then run an events search on your area. There's an upcoming events section of the forums here, but it's never really gelled for me.

Yes there is Ma'am. Pervs get to meet others locally by attending munches.

These are informal meetings held in public places such as bars and pubs. Usually no scene wear or toys are allowed. The pervs seem exactly as others do. As you enter it will be obviously difficult to spot them. Look for a bunch of people. On the tables they are at , you will see A-Z map books. That is the visual signal that you have landed amongst them. Do google for {munch}

Also google for terms such as Perv+ new york (if you live there) then fetish+birmingham (if you live there}. Your word searches should include your city with words such as bondage, mistress,master,sadomasicism etc is most effective.

Only google for your city and one other word , but try all the words alone with that of your city.

If you are ever in my area Ma'am do drop by and spank me for my atrocious spelling.

Ann Arbor has the most AWESOME TNG group!! If you are on the fetlife, use that little search engine to find them... I am wayyyy too old to join. Actual AA doesn't have much happening, but there are parties in Detroit, and of course munches everywhere.

I'm presuming you meant since you were 19 or else your are (I believe) violating TOS.

Hi, and welcome.   I am in the Grand Rapids Michigan area.  There are events through out the state.  There are a few local (both City and State) groups on yahoo and as previously suggested events can be found on FetLife. 

I looked at your profile and you haven’t listed any of your propensities.  Doing so may be helpful as well.  If you would like information on the yahoo groups let me know and I will it send privately.
