Even tho' I'm a good cook, I'd have a caterer prepare the summer-time food.
It's cater or do the food oneself. I first typed "It's cater or cook oneself." But I don't think cannibalism is such a good idea for a barbeque, unless one wants to go with that whole "Eat the Host" thing the Catholics and Episcopalians got going. As a lad of 10-11, I'd sit and think "Tran-sub-stan-tia-tion is just the coolest sounding word..... wonder how that actually works." I was SOOOOooooooo disappointed at First Communion to discover the host was still a wafer of rice/wheat flour with no taste. I guess I was expecting steak flavor to go with the bloodied red wine. Maybe fish flavor to go with white wine? OR is that rule really broken? Fisher of men turned fish flavor? And NOW we're supposed to get the Omega fats from the fatty fish? Oh, I get it: Alpha AND Omega
