With the understanding that the other "scene" section is for links only, what follows is the description of an S/M scene involving four people. The purpose of the scene is to provide optimal orgasm for a Lady. Ideally, She would climax from the excitement and pleasure of the torture alone, but sadly, this is rare. Accordingly, this scene brings together sexual stimulation plus the pleasure of the torture, to provide Her with the greatest possible intensity and ecstasy.

The S (of whichever gender) should be bound upright, legs tightly together, with arms extended to either side, if the S is shorter than the Lady...otherwise, arms should be bound straight down, at the sides of the S. Immediately in front of the S, with back to him/her, is the oral worshipper, on his/her knees, legs going back on either side of the bound S's legs. Thus, the one who is to provide the oral worship is kneeling, facing the Lady. The Lady stands as close as possible to the worshipper, and places Her arms over the shoulders (or, if not feasible, clasps them around the torso) of the S. This provides stability, closeness, and the ability of the Lady to signal the fourth person, as needed.
The fourth person--possibly another Lady--administers the torture with whip, cane, or whatever device is desired. The scene begins with the whipping, and the Lady, according to Her pleasure, can gaze into the S's eyes, whisper things to the S, say things for all to hear...whatever is pleasing to Her. When She reaches climax, She might cry out into the face of the S, a roar of triumphant pleasure and release. At this moment, the whipping stops and the scene is effectively over (unless some further, post-coital ritual elements have been planned and agreed, etc.).
While simple, the purpose of this is to explicitly tie sexual pleasure to the torture, and vice versa, again with the intent to provide a Lady with the most powerful experience possible.
