I have had the pleasure of knowing two women in my life that have had breast augmentation.. The first for cosmetic reason and the other wanted to go from a A cup to a C..  I thought both women were just fine the way there were. 

I had sexual experiences with both ladies before and after.  I want to tell you there is a World of difference after the augmentation.. Both were just fine in bed  but after the procedure.  WOW!   what a positive change, after the procedure.  They both loved there boobs. I mean screaming joy.. They wanted to ride on top and enjoy the mirror at the headboard.  They both liked to hold their breast and loved all the attention I could give them. The loved to play with there nipples .  When I told them how beautiful the looked the more they rocked up and down. ..  I did enjoy the new boobs myself.  But the point of my post is .. The attitude of the ladies was amazing.. They liked sex before .. Now they just loved it..  I am one for recommending augmentation to any woman  that feels the need.  It was a wonderful change for both ladies and  so much fun for me. (smile)  To this day.. When I meet a woman with augmentation. I know they are very sexual and they love their bodies.

I find it a little odd that you say only one woman had implants for "cosmetic" reasons, as all implants are a cosmetic surgery. Maybe you meant that she had reconstructive surgery?

I am of the opinion that cosmetic surgery is a little like drugs. Do it if you want; but if you have to do it to be happy, then you have a problem. My vanilla ex told me that he smoked pot to be more relaxed in social situations. He said it improved his life a great deal, and made him less stressed. But what happens when he gets a job with regular drug testing, or can't afford or get a hold of drugs? He will have no natural control over his moods, because he's relied on an external boost.

I think the same might be said of cosmetic surgery. Sure, I'd be happy to move up a cup size. But what happens when I'm not satisfied with that? All girls are super happy and thrilled with a new haircut or makeover, but that excitement eventually wears off. And like smaller physical changes, the excitement of cosmetic surgery will eventually wear off.

I say, it's best to improve self-image before altering your body. And really, these women had a fantastic love of sex in them all along... they were just too shy to bring it to the surface. Think of all the time, pain, and money they would have saved if they had learned to be comfortable with themselves instead of having surgery.

The brain is the most important sex organ. As long as they felt their breasts were inadequate, they felt inadequate over all.  It is however unfortunate that their self esteem issues were not addressed prior to surgery, because those issues will probably recur with time. Not concerning their breasts but in reference to different body imagery.

This is not true of women who have had reconstructive surgery after breast cancer, especially large busted women. The absence of one breast can cause an imbalance that impacts the back. Saying that this sort of surgery is cosmetic all of the time is like saying people who wear prosthetics of all sorts do so for only "cosmetic" reasons

I think it is rather sad that you could not reinforce self acceptance to the point that the women you were involved with felt the need to jeopardize their health to have the self esteem to feel sexy enough to enjoy their bodies..

Funny, as I get older I feel better about my aging body and sexier even though I am not "perfect", and I feel pity for women who think that ziploc bags in their chests are the only way they are sexy...

If I were a man I would encourage my mate to love themselves and accept themselves as they were... just as I wouldn't want a man to get hair plugs or a penis implant to please me

In fact.. I did happen to tell both ladies that in my view they were just fine the way they were.  I in no way encouraged them to enhance their breast to please me.  I knew both women several years apart. the implants were done for different reasons for each lady. 

My dating experience this last few years has comfirmed my view that women with implants are very much in touch with their bodies and seem to be very sexual and confident in bed.    Its just something I have observed.

The loss of sensitivity would bug me.  What's the point of clamping her nipples if she can't feel it?

Not everyone loses nipple sensitivity, it depends on the skill of the surgeon, and plain old luck.

Even if I had to have a mastectomy, I doubt I would have a reconstruction. Just not "me" though heaven knows plastic and reconstructive surgery got me to the face I have now, and I am all for it. I am bugged by surgeons who push for implants that are overly large for the woman's frame, so she ends up looking like a porn star, OR like someone who would have gone for reduction surgery if she had those mammaries IRL.

But you come on here and encourage women to do this to their bodies, even though it is not a safe thing to do, can lead to all sorts of medical complications...

Was this your way of communicating "non-encouragement" ?

I think you should look into the risks of this procedure before encouraging it

I have natural 36 DDs, and if they removed one I would have it replaced, it would cause me discomfort to be that imbalanced

It's just a baggie of contact lens solution, and a paraphilia, meaning, people who like 'em don't like people.
Next time, suggest they spend that money on a college degree or psychotherapy to help them out of their abusive relationships; it'll last much longer.

Remember, dude, sex is a feedback loop: if you're ever with a normal woman, try praising her normal breasts and see what kind of sex you get.
And don't forget to get your own scrotal implants: C or D cup: it's sooooo sexy at the beach, watching guys with cannonballs in their surfer shorts [:'(]

I am reporting what I have observed and my own personal experience as a male.  I am quite sure implants are not right for everyone and probably it doesn`t always turn out the way it should.  I say again. The two ladies I have known that have had implants were very pleased with the results.   When I am out on the town and I spy a lady I think might have had implants.  I make a extra effort to meet them.  I know they like their bodies and enjoy showing them off, They are a more sexual then most and they probably had the work done to attract males.

Really?  Are you say the best way for a woman to be in touch with her body and to attract men is to have augmentation of some kind?

So, I guess the fact that I'm comfortable with my less than perfect body is just a fantasy.......[8|]

I find a person...male or female...who is comfortable in their own skin with all it's quirks and imperfections to be incredibly sexy.  Just my opinion based on my own experiences of course.

I know one girl (one of my best friends, not gf) who had breast augmentation, because she really was flat before. Afterwards she felt better about herself, thought she was more beautiful, and everything worked out fine for her. However, I would never post on a forum that I recommend this for all women out there. If you've given it serious thought, you have read about it, informed yourself well and you really have complexes about your image before, you can try it. But be aware, no plastic surgery ever turns out as good as you want, just because people have unreal expectations of how big the impact will be on their life and the results. I would rather recommend women who feel insecure about their breast to REALLY think it through and inform themselves thoroughly rather than recommending them to get their breast fixed.

Gedienstig:.   I agree with you.. I am glad you would never post on a forum that someone should get breast implants. Thats really big of you..  No one in this thread has suggested that.  I just reported my experiences .. I guess it upsets some people that the result were very positive.  I don`t think you clearly read all the post here on this subject and your comments are just fluff.  Its alright.. We all agree you are a nice guy.

I don't understand why, whenever cosmetic surgery is mentioned on here, people start going on about how shallow it is, how it means someone has issues, low self esteem and so on. I had a breast lift, I would have had implants, but I/We liked the size of my breasts, just not the location gravity and three babies had given them! I didn't lose an ounce of sensitivity and feel a hundred times more sexy! I also had a tummy tuck... again 3 nine and a half pound, 22 inch long babies... not so kind to the skin! It wasn't that I didn't like me, it wasn't that HE needed me to have this done in order to feel attracted to me. It was a simple fact that I was stretched out and pulled down and there wasn't anything *I* could do to fix that. I didn't feel sexy. It was simple.... I am not an idiot and I see how I look, and I don't like it! He fixed it and bam, wow, presto! Now i feel like my outside reflects my inside! It has given me so much more confidence! I have several friends who have also had these types of modifications done, and all had the same positive outcome. So, sorry, but in my book he's right about feeling more sexy and confident. Being realistic about how your body looks isn't a bad thing, it's just being realistic.

Gedienstig.   The point of my post was.. My experience with ladies that have had implants done has been positive.  I am sure its not right for everone.  From my personal contacts in this area ,it was very much a success.   Granted only two examples .. My experience is none medical and limited. Just real hands on so to speak.  In both cases, when the subject came up, I told the ladies they were just fine and its was the truth.  As you see.. my opinion did not matter much to them.. They had the procedure anyway.   One had very small firm breast that were very responsive to touch and taste. She wanted to go from a A cup to a C.  The other had a misplaced nipple.. It bothered here greatly.  The both wanted to improve themselves. Why is that so painful for people to understand?

I guess I do after all, recommend form my experience that if a woman really wants to do this. She should do it.. Like I have said several time.. The results I observed, was positive.
