ownedslavebitch -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 2:35:34 PM)

You're going to trust a possible prison sentence to someone you have never met? How about you start with the basics and have coffee with her?

LadyNTrainer -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 2:39:38 PM)

Er, you need to know that there is at least one person suffering legal consequences because they were suckered into a revenge scam where someone logged onto an adult site pretending to be their ex and setting up a kidnap/rape fantasy.

You must meet this person first and verify consent.  No excuses, no compromise possible on this one, or your ass could end up in jail if it's the same kind of nasty scam.

Oh pashaaaaaaaaaw.  Don't be such a girl!

I wholeheartedly agree. "But your Honor, we were friends online! She ASKED for it! She wanted it, goddamit!!"

Thank You all for your insight I must admit I have tried to be open and have suggested also making a contract type thing but dont know really how to go about making such a thing but to each their own I say if its your kink and you enjoy it who am I to deny it but also I dont do jail well LOL . Thanks to all my great lifestyle friends for your guidiance ,

laurell3 -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 2:58:38 PM)

The contract might help you with the robbery issue, it also might help you get convicted of assault. I think the best bet is to get to know her IN PERSON and well before you proceed.

angelikaJ -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 3:07:00 PM)

I am pretty sure contract or not, you can not consent to become a victim of a crime.

Do not go one step further unless you meet this person in the flesh in a public place. Don't even talk about it anymore with them unless it's face to face. If they are setting another person up and find someone to go through you could even be implicated because you had an on line conversation about doing this.

laurell3 -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 3:12:15 PM)

Yep. I said that although it was brief as I don't think that's the issue here at all as much as it's just silly to trust someone that you don't know this far.

However, consent isn't a defense to assault in most states, there's a longer thread on the issue right now. The contract would hurt you more than help you in that regard.

However, in order to rob someone you have to intend to deprive them of whatever it is you are taking. In that instance consent could be a partial defense. I can't steal your car if you loaned it to me for example and if you consented to it, the elements of that theft are not present.

DommeKeliDallas -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 7:53:22 PM)

NOT a good idea.
She can always deny this was a "scene."

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/8/2010 7:55:50 PM)

Incredibly dangerous for you. Real kidnapping "scenes" are hard enough to orchestrate among trusted friends! Run from this entire idea, for your own sake. Keep it as an entertaining internet fantasy.

reynardfox -> RE: Kidnapping Scene (6/9/2010 5:31:45 AM)

I've turned up a rendezvous for coffee and ended up getting off with the wrong person before now. But you get this wrong and you could end up locked up 24/7 with a three hundred pound man called bubba, who might know more than you about rape.
I've never even heard of a woman who wanted to be robbed even in fun.
