What's the best stuff to use & best way to give an Enema to yourself or another person? I've used plain luke warm water, should I add soap or anything to it? Any answers or ideas will be great.

Actually, yes. There are several ways to do an enema. There are different saline solutions that can be used depending on how fast you want the cleanse to take place. I didn't look at the above link, but I'm sure you have, by now, got your questoins awnsered. *smiles*
