CBT devices are wonderful. I even have one that is made of wood and is a penis squeezer , CBT ball crusher and humbler.

Now I have to find a willing subbie to use it on in Dallas.

leather remnant strips and detachable chrome weights from hand weights. giggles... I upgraded in 2009 to 5.3 ounce chrome ball stretcher weights..smiles. Easy to stack them on over time while he is washing my dishes, vacuming my house and cleaning the bathroom.

most work very well,some are cheaper than other's.It all depends on the one wearing it as to the level of sophication(sic)but if you should try one , might I suggest one with a leash atttachment ,then it can be used as a leash to guide,or a form of tying one up to stay put whereyou wish.

Wide variety of ...... er, equipment here. When I lecture on CBT, I must keep an eye on the clock, elsewise I tend to run over an hour. There's stretchers (most popular), cock rings, pinching and weights, to mention just four categories that come to the top of my ..... er, head. LOL! Chastity is big with the BDSM crowd (as opposed to gay Leather folk.)

My .... er, tool bag is loaded with maybe 40 items for a two-hour lecture/demo. I always start with biological hand-out. Men do NOT know how/why/where their plumbing is. Women MUST know where's theirs is, and they do. Women enjoy learning where/what is on men's insides so that they get to go further.

Always fun to lecture to BDSMers. FemDommes in front row, their boys trying to escape through back wall by clawing at it with finger nails. And then, ask for a "volunteer"! Wow a milk jug? Even after all the reading and yes some photo's I have seen I do not know if that would work for me. If there is that much weigh how can the balls not be damaged?

Like when an un-trained dog pulls and pulls at his leash. He's stretching his neck - not damaging his head.

Ball-stretchers don't. They stretch the scrotum over time. They also stretch all those little tubes inside.... slowly, very slowly.

So, wrap a rope around your wrist and use the rope to lift the milk jug. Hoook the rope thru the handle and hold it in your hand..... same basic effect.

Since I am without a Mistress, I fend for myself. How about Curved Hair Clips on the Penis, and shorter, bigger ones on the balls. I have pics, if you want to see what I am talking about. After a few hours, they are removed, and leave some pretty neat marks on my Little Boy, but nothing perm.

The best for cbt, introduced to me by a lady domme in Dallas quite a number of years ago, who, alas is no longer active, is electro torture. Get an ET 302 with some tens pads and you are in business. It even comes with a remote control so you can be with your client in public and vary his pain, (or pleasure.) Imagine sitting in a restaurant watching him squirm. You can probably even make him come with it.

The penis itself (as opposed to balls or scrotum) is basically a sponge. To get hard, valves close and blood is retained. Fills sponge and you get hard...... So, you are asking how to stretch sponge. There are vacuum devices, but all they do is eventually stretch the little places in the sponge.... guess what? Then you can't get hard!

Not sure how a vacuum would equal torture.... what did you have in mind?

There are cups to fit over head of dick to extend foreskin. Depends on how much is there or not. Personally, I was "half-cut" so that kinda cup IS fun in a torture kinda way.... One puts cup on head, stretches foreskin over it and then uses a clip to hold the foreskin tight. That WILL stretch foreskin..... slowly, oh, so slowly.
