Stop and think about it for a moment. What happens if you get mummified in Saran Wrap?

Makes you nice n secure, unable to move, can heightens sensations, makes you hot and sweaty and dehydrate if you arent careful
Its a form of mummification that covers up faster than rope, and bandaging,  if you take away parts of the saran you can play with the flesh below, it can secure you to standing or horizontal items safely without using duct tape or anything else that is haard to get off skin.
I love it and use it often. It is less intricate than other types of complete binding, its fun and fast
keep safety scissors, a towel and water close by
use it with heat and ice, wax, oil, body paints, pinchy and stick toys.
Im sure you will get lots more responses on this:)

Damn Lucy! You gave her the answer to the test! ;-)

Ok... so now that the mystery is being unravelled, let's say that for me, the best part about plastic wrap is about being able to completely immobilize my prey... err... my man, and then poke little strategic holes here and there.

Lots of fun! But don't buy the saran wrap at the grocery store. Go to a big hardware store like 'Dom-Depot' and back in the moving/packing area you'll find self adhesive plastic wrap about a foot wide with an easy use handle. We 'discovered' this fun little toy when we were back east packing my parents house up a few years back. Wrapping up beth added a tablespoon of sugar to the medicine of moving.

Ease of use, it heats up the body and can be a tight or loose as you want it to be. Pretty cheap too - We keep a roll in our bed-stand!

Plastic wrap also makes cheep and effective condoms too. Mummification is not my bag but to be fair, I've never tried it either.  would be interested to find out how bubble wrap would work..

I LOVE being wrapped in saran wrap, especially the colored holiday saran wrap. I know its only different b/c its colored but when you are wrapped from head to toe in red or green or even yellow saran wrap it looks sexy as hell ot me. I love feeling totally helpless and at his mercy. I love not being able to move, breath normally, or speak. (he only pokes nose holes). I love the time he takes to wrap me nice and tight. How he looks at me, how his hands feel over my naked flesh as he wraps me and when he is done. I love when he takes one of the knives and slowly, mythodically cuts the saran wrap away from my hot sweaty body. How the air from the fan feels on my skin both when I am wrapped and when he removes the wrap. OMG its amazing!

My preference is to bind a partner with Saran Wrap (or the equivalent) from head to toe, including face (being careful to leave space around the nose for breathing). Then because the skin is completely covered, I put duct tape on top of that. Very sensory-dep. I had heard that overheating might be an issue, but one partner said that it actually felt cooler for her and that she could have lasted far longer than the hour or three I left it all on.

Overheating can be a problem at least in my experience that is why we always have a fan directed on me when we do it.

YUMMMMMY thank you Inked

Merc, I love the big wrap rolls too, they come with handles too which makes it much easier, :)
Just to add, I use rolled up socks to protect between the knees and ankles for long term, wrapping limbs separately takes a long time but adds a different sensation
For a different scene use wrap just to secure hand to shoulder and ankle to thigh (dpending on your flexibilty) frees up lots of spanking/flogging/paddling
areas. for those times you dont want to drift on into relaxation and like squirming
yeah Im a big fan:)

Would you believe that it is a hard limit for my partner? She cant stand the feel of it against her skin.

On a personal note I am extremely claustrophobic. Been known to destroy the odd dunny when some fool locked me in. (Long story which actually made the police courts too,   Ha he paid the extensive damage bill at the pub too ~ What do you mean, haven't you seen the damage us Grizzlies do when faced with locked doors?)

While it is not the same sensation or look, and perhaps a little more expensive, you can always try gauze. The binding effect will be there.

another cool effect is that if you run a synthetic duster it creates a static charge as well as tickling.

I've been saran-wrapped a couple of times, including once to a burn bed, where I was tilted up-side-down and at different angles. Impact play over the saran wrap felt more spread out over a bigger area, rather than as focused, and tended to feel "thuddier" than it would be on bare skin. It comes in different colors, and the handle does make it easier to work with.

mstrjx, I didn't feel overheated while I was in the saran wrap, but was very sweaty when I was released. Heat exhaustion can be very insidious, so she may not realise that she's having difficulty until she is already dehydrated or otherwise having difficulty.

mushroomchicken, you might try vetwrap or the non-latex equivalent. It is pretty breathable, so it doesn't make the person sweaty, and it has a different sensation. It clings to itself, like saran wrap does, but obviously it is much narrower. It comes in a wide range of colors. http://www.allmed.net/catalog/item/1,2551,2568,2521

YES ! I LOVE Plastic Wrap. And those HOLES TOO !  MADAM done it once, and with a Penis Gag and Blindfold. Holes over the Puppies (Nipples) and over the Little Boy. She then proceeded to place Ice Cubes against my Cookies (Balls) and it felt so NICE when it melted, and ran under my back.  IT WAS   G R E A T !  But I had the last laugh. When she tried to use Clover Clamps on my Puppies, they wouldn'y hold, because they were wet.

And I was at her mercy (Thank GOODNESS), since I was wrapped Tight, not like I usually am, NOT wrapped too tight.

And another time, I wanted to try the full encasement, and I trusted her all the way, and she allowed me to try it with a breathing tube. I still look at the pictures for some fond memories.  YUMMY !

It has happened to me once.  All I can say is, serious (and I mean SERIOUS) anxiety attack.  It is not one of my better memories.

I love it but after being released I'm always freezing. As in shaking with the chills.
