My situation has nothing to do with me being down, it is purely a brain chemestry thing.

People who are blessed can be sad at times too and knowing there are people that have it worse than you doesnt make it any better. In fact, people who imply you shouldnt feel sad because people have it worse than you only invalidate very real feelings.

I understand, its ok... The line of work I am in I see people everyday that make me feel lucky to be me. And I do feel blessed. I have a job I love and a family that loves me. I am a very lucky girl. I also have my problems which, despite my luck, are very real.
