Google is horrid for customer support, this is just a fact. Your best bet is e-mail communication, they tend to respond to that, though with some delay, or you can simply walk into their office, and they will probably tell you to e-mail them if you did that. There stuff works, but I'm making them a fair amount of cash a month, and they've never assigned me a rep. I think it is part of their business model, as in no-overhead except for servers, electricity, and programmers. Well, 1 percent for support.
