Is it always this hard to find compaibility

LadyPact -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 5:50:42 PM)

Yes, it really is.

In my experience, yes. But when you do, you realise it was worth the wait.

As the commercials state... there are different levels of compatibility. It becomes harder when we insist all of them are met. It also becomes more painful when we compromise too much.

InvisibleBlack -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 5:59:01 PM)

Actually, it's harder ... you're just getting started.

DarkSteven -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 6:06:05 PM)

Well, you've been on collarme for two whole days and your profile is absolutely blank.  Did you actually expect to find a compatible Domme without saying anything about yourself, in two days?

xxblushesxx -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 6:29:54 PM)

What Dark Steven said.

But good luck with that...

I want it all... i want it now... and i dont want to have to work for it

sound familiar?

littlewonder -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 6:48:41 PM)

yes it is.

It's not meant to be easy....unless all you're seeking is a beat n fuck and if that's the case just go to your local bar or dungeon. They're a dime a dozen.

WestBaySlave -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 7:20:07 PM)

To the OP - yes, it is, though I second others advice that an empty profile won't help in the search. The right domme will not even know if she is compatible at this point.

I would gladly put in twelve-hour days at whatever operation you're running that results in the 100% compatible partner at the end. [;)]

LadyCimarron -> RE: searching (6/14/2010 8:24:30 PM)

Whether vanilla or lifestyle compatiability is always difficult to find. You are 38 years old, you know that. And if you are a submissive male, you ain't seen nothing yet.

You referred to the wrong quote, so i fixed it for you. Isnt it eharmony that professes 20 something levels of compatibility? i dunno, i just go with my gut instinct.

No, I was definitely referring to your second quote, and wishing that finding a compatible partner was just amount of effort put into it.

Nineveh -> RE: searching (6/15/2010 12:04:30 AM)

yes, sucks doesn't it?

eHarmony's compatibility questionnaire tries to determine where a potential match rates on no fewer than 29 different personality traits, including kindness, intellect, curiosity, humor, energy level, and sexual passion.

Sounds about right to me.

Bottom line, there are those who settle and those who don't.

lally2 -> RE: searching (6/15/2010 5:22:47 AM)

basically - yes - sorry about that - hang in there.

GreedyTop -> RE: searching (6/15/2010 5:53:32 AM)

and sometimes, the compatibility isnt even there, depending on how honest the other person is.

Bingo.

I get hellos and friend requests from people I haven't seen anywhere, and when I click on their profiles, there's nothing there to see.

I might really like them, but I've nothing to go on.

And I've LONG ago stopped getting into conversations like this:

"Your profile, though, is blank. Fill me in about yourself a bit please?"
"What do you want to know?"

OK--how close is the nearest utility pole, who was your favorite muppet, and what do you think Ed Sullivan would think of the Daily Show?

People don't like to push rope--you have to hold your end.

mnottertail -> RE: searching (6/15/2010 7:36:38 AM)

He would think it is a really really big show.

Other than that, I'm drawing a blank at the moment.

Musicmystery -> RE: searching (6/15/2010 8:07:34 AM)

[:D]

Yes, and that swinging arms/hand thing he did..."Got a really big show for you tonight..."
