Seriously, on a personal note, I know how much work you do for all of us and have for years. I know how committed you are to the site and allowing everyone to have a voice within reason. I know you worry about it and us and how we feel about the site all the time. I know despite the heat you take, you try as hard as you can to always be fair regardless of who the poster/user is.
