To attract an incubus, you will need a live representative from nature, something dark and predatory--a spider would be perfect. Find a spider.

Now, find something long and hard, capable of emitting fluids. Set the spider on this and let it climb.

The hard tube should then, following a darkening of the light, be drenched in fluids itself.

Following the drenching, the light should return, renewing the process.

Here is the chant to repeat while performing this rite:

The incubusy spider climbed up the water spout,
Down came the rain and washed the spider out.
Out came the the sun and dried up all the rain,
And the incubusy spider climbed up the spout again.

Have you tried doing a search for "incubus grimoire" or "book of shadows" or whatever silly term they're instead of spellbooks at the moment? Whatever turns up that isn't connected to an RPG or a horror film might be worth checking out. If nothing else, you might find a few few tips on further reading.
