It varies, but some of them go into rather a lot of detail-I don't think there's any one-size-fits-all motive or feeling, though. We do not express those feelings, ever. We don't have them! We're knuckle dragging neanderthal cave critters still! I think though that I may somewhat agree with Peon, sort of. To be feminized would often lead to being emasculated as well, that's kind of the whole point of it normally. But emasculated doesn't necessarily lead to or have to come from being feminized. So although they go hand in hand much of the time, they can still be mutually exclusive I think.
