What are some of your favorite movie quotes that you personal relate to, in terms of being into BDSM. Be it an intentional reference to the lifestyle or not. Riddler: I simply love what you've done to this place; heavy metal meets house-and-garden. Splendid! It's so dark, and Gothic, and disgustingly decadent... yet so bright, and chipper, and... conservative. It's so you! And yet, so YOU! Yes, very few people are both a summer and a winter, but... you pull it off nicely. Back 15 years ago while watching "Batman Forever" in the theater, the above line from a scene wonderfully connected with me. This quote felt like a unique fusion of the dark side (BDSM) and the vanilla (day to day) side to me, Mind you I literally love both magazines that are referenced in this quote.

Best I can do is good ol' Chuck Norris in fuck knows which of his many "so corny it's funny" action movies.... The BDSM connection is that I think of the many Doms who've disagreed with me (yes, ME) at CM. Chuck: "If I want your opinion, I'll beat it out of you...!" A bit more philosophical and generalised but John Vernon's "Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining" (The Outlaw Josey Wales) is a rather colourful and apt metaphor for those inclined to bullshit you. Looks like this thread is on life support but I just thought of something anyway.... For those who like to objectify their subs as a sex slave - Clint Eastwood's "Joe Kidd". Been a few years since I saw it but the gist (for memeory) is that a Mexican rebel (freedom fighter?) is upsetting greedy land baron Robert Duvall, so RD finances a hit posse to kill him. Clint plays RD's reluctant guide/tracker, who happens to get some alone time with the rebel leader and tries to convince him to surrender to the law. The leader has a girl friend tagging along, who thinks Clint's idea rocks and throws her support behind Clint in trying to convince him to do it. The leader's gun line back at her goes something like: "I bring you along for cold nights and days when there is nothing to do; not to hear what you theeenk!" Made me chuckle.... Focus.
