The thread so far appears to support the premise, at least in reverse; all but the certifiable apparently preferring not to provide so much as a word in support of her, presumably on account of the toxic nature of such association.

Perhaps the toxin has a stupefying effect? This would certainly explain the positions of those who appear to see her as anything but ignorant, dangerous and dumb.

So ... you wonder why "non-certifiables" don't support her, but define anyone that supports her as "certifiable"?

Kinda hard to answer that question, seems to me.

Well, I don't have any problem with the Republicans continuing to support her. That did the Democrats a big favour back in '08, and there's no reason why it shouldn't continue to do so, after all.

Interesting how some men seek to diminish this woman by treating her entirely as a sex object rather than a rather influential and interesting political personality. Love her or hate her, she sure seems to bring out strong emotions on all sides.

Still at least if she ever does reach high office her double for security purposes has already been identified in Tina Fey, whose comedic styling of Ms Palin loses nothing of its hilarity in its close resemblance to the real thing since Ms Palin is already and quite inadvertently something of a clown.

When did I do or say anything of the sort?
It seems to be more Republicans who voted for McCain who do that: you get the impression that more of them voted for her arse than her policies.

I don't see her as a sex object, personally.  Influential or interesting (because of what comes out of her mouth) perhaps.  But a political figure I don't consider her.  If a news person like Katie Couric can ask her what kind of international experience she has and she refers to seeing Russia from Alaskan land...or that she neighbors with Canada is her experience...no...to me thats not a person I would want representing me in a political arena.  She's said more dumb stuff too, but I don't linger on every word she says and don't feel like searching my memory banks for Sarah Palin moments.  I will say she has become real good at raising money though.  So good, she quit her job as Alaskan governor.  Another point lost in my book, because she let the state she was representing down for her own gain.

What's that school yard saying?  hmmmm .... oh, yeah ...

Something like that.

You get the idea, anyway.

I'd pretty much forgotten about her.  Thank you, Brain for continuing to promote her.  If not for people like you, she would fade away as being a non-issue.

How could you forget about her, she's in the news every day.

Illegal Sarah Palin defense fund must give back donations

(Reuters) - A legal defense fund for former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin was illegal and must repay nearly $400,000 to donors, according to a settlement with a state-appointed lawyer announced on Thursday.

Firm?... DG posted this a few days ago.. as you can see, you are incorrect.

"Actually when I point at someone I utilize more of a "gun like" form. I usually point with my right hand. My thumb is usually "pointing" in a direction slightly left of that of my intended target and somewhat curled over my middle finger. My middle finger is more or less curled up and thereby not pointing at me at all but would be more directed towards someone positioned slightly to my right and behind me. For some reason my other fingers being the good slaves and subbies that they are choose simply to follow suit.

I am sickened by the conduct of my ring and little finger....They will be caged later today.

So when I point a Judgmental finger, there are three fingers pointing at the fuck-up slightly behind me and a little off to my right. My thumb is directed towards the guy working in the manhole (no pun intended) slightly to my left and down aways in front of me. "
