Sure, why not?

Cops are citizens too.

Tell you what. send me your address. Ill gather some college kids and we will drive to your house, protesting your accumulation of gold and silver, and "demonstrate" as these kids know how... by destroying what you possess.

Thats pretty much what you are saying is perfectly reasonable to you, pa.

Dont be silly.   5 universities are on my door step.

Bucknell being the closest.

tazzygirl -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 2:03:25 PM)

What does that have to do with the violence at G20's or any of this thread?

pahunkboy -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 2:29:57 PM)

You just said you wanted to send college kids over.

tazzygirl -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 2:37:26 PM)

No, pa.

Bringing college kids to your house is the same thing that happens when they go to a city they dont live in or go to college in.

Im not sure you can see the analogy.

These kids travel all over to the summits. The violence follows. Im not saying all these kids do the violence, but many do. Some have legitimate protests, some are there to party, some are there to create havoc. Some do this to earn badges of honor by being arrested for the damage they cause. Costing local business and home owners alot of money, time, effort not to mention the aggrevation.

What you were saying was that type of behavior was fine with you, since they are doing so in the name of a "cause".

When was damage or violence ever appropriate or excusable?

You condemn the police for the same things you advocate among the protestors.

Violence is never excusable.

Property damage to give evidence of a person's displeasure at the.. lets say... use of oil and the lack of a push to promote green energy... is never something i could ever agree with.

When your country invades a third world nation. Haven't you been paying attention?

Didnt you pay attention to the subject of the thread?

Moonhead -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 2:51:31 PM)

I did, but I couldn't resist a cheap pop when the opportunity for one arrives gift wrapped.

tazzygirl -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 2:53:05 PM)

It wasnt a pop, though it was a cheap attempt at derailment. Do try and stick to the topics.

I could talk about the tube bombings in 2005 that happened because Blair had taken all of the Met up to Scotland so that they could nursemate the chimp and his mates instead. Would that be offtopic, if we're discussing violence at g8 summits?

tazzygirl -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 3:02:11 PM)

Actually, i had the right dates, but never mind.

Not sure how this fits into pa's conspiracy theory that its the police doing the damage.

Moonhead -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 3:07:03 PM)

Well, pa is to conspiracy theories what Varg Vikernes is to Tolkein, isn't he?

tazzygirl -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 3:09:10 PM)

LOL

Thats not the point. I do try with pa to bring him back to the land of reality.

pahunkboy -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 4:28:00 PM)

yeah hopefully by the morning I will feel real good about the federal reserve wiping out the middle class.

It is hilarious - what a joy filled world=-  before Germany/America has an massive eugenics. extermination and its 3 depression which will last  20-30 years... with people jobs, houses, and retirements stolen by wall street.

Hopefully I will see how this is good and how we want this... how we WANT a NWO.

Just focus on Goldmans Sachs=  as that is your owner.

Hopefully I will see how good this massive wipe out is.

Hopefully.

Slavehandsome -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 4:42:53 PM)

There would have been more Americans there protesting, instead of a lot of foreign students who travel to the G-20 meetings. The problem is that the corporate media in the U.S. doesn't show the ugly side of the corporatism where the rubber hits the road. Compounding the problem is the fact that not enough Americans have been hungry enough or stepped on enough, to travel to show up in force.

pahunkboy -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 4:52:18 PM)

Lou Radowski was denied entry into Canada.  We are Change- New York.

DCWoody -> RE: g-20 pics (6/28/2010 8:25:48 PM)

In pas defense (wait, what universe am I in?) the Candian police were caught doing just that a few years back. That doesn't mean it's always the police though (it's certainly usually just some fucktards)...and I reckon it's unlikely the candians'd try it again relatively soon after getting caught...but it does happen.

Not this time though, if they're trying to distract from legitimate protest.....WHAT legitimate protest? There's no big protest there, just a lot of small groups....mostly fucktards.

PAH: If you're taking any drugs, stop it...if you're not, maybe you should be. People might take you more seriously if you weren't always wrong.

pahunkboy -> RE: g-20 pics (6/29/2010 4:44:36 AM)
