Young Second Lt's fresh out of West point or OCS, without the benefit of a Liberal Ivy League PhD have a hard time understanding, why when they and their men are being shot at from all directions and are taking casualties...Generals with Advanced Liberal Arts Degrees cancel their air support because some Afghani farmers goat might be in the way.
