I have set up a new profile (deleted old one) But when I search - I cannot find myself. I find myself if I put in my username, but not by age etc Can anybody help please

It's working now. And yes, sometimes support can be slow in responding. Nothing to do about it though. The site is free which means they don't have enough money to keep enough staff available to respond to everything in seconds.
