Hello all, I just picked myself up a pair of ballet boots a couple of weeks ago while I was in San Jose, Ca. I went to Pierre Silber and tried on a pair of lace up ankle boots in leather. I have always wanted a pair but never really knew what size to get. I tried on the size I thought would work and they fit perfect. When I got back to the hotel, I promptly put on a pair of thigh highs and the boots. It took a bit to get them laced the first time, but, Oh My Gosh! How good they felt! I wore them the first time for about 2 hours. Then next time was for about 4 1/2 hours. My feet didn't cramp up at all. I think I would wear a size 12 1/2 if they made it, but the size 13's I bought leave just enough wiggle room for the toes. I was even able to stand for a short time, seconds mind you, but still standing unsupported and even tried taking a step. That was very laughable. Today I got to show them off to Mistress K and she took some pictures of them on my while on the spanking bench. I hope to post some to my profile soon. Not trying to rant, just wanted to share. I saw many pairs online but being a woman who can barely walk in anything higher that a 3" heel, I thought it would be a bit much. LOL

Yes, let us know. I'm enthralled with them. I have a large calf and can't wear boots, so I've just about counted them out of my adding them to my wardrobe. I didn't think you were supposed to walk in them lol. _______________ ahhhhh I see sounds

Please do post the photos, and let us know when they're up!! Ballet boots are so exotic and intriquing. I'm not sure I'm brave enough to try them out, but I commend you!! I can certianly understand the excitement that led you to want to share here!! Cin

I can just aboiut walk in 4 inches, but my feet are only minature, so they're practically vertical in those!

I have been able to handle 3" heels pretty easy and with minimal effort. I am getting much better with 4" ones and wore some yesterday for a little while and walked around and didn't have any issues. The 5" ones are a bear and I can only take those for about an hour max. I don't know how women do it all day long, I commend them. I guess it just takes practice. I have worn the ballet boots for 4 1/2 hours and didn't have any cramping issues or anything. If you like the style, I highly recommend finding a local store and trying on a pair. Unless you are positive about the size you can't be sure and you wouldn't want to buy a pair the wrong size. I would also suggest getting at least a lace up ankle boot at minimum if you intend to try and stand or walk. The extra support they give around the ankle may keep you from breaking it. I need it as I already have narrow and weak ankles. With these boots they really hold you securely. I will let you know when the pictures get approved. jo

Can i dress you as a mermaid too? LOL sorry i couldnt resist and its not a joke directed at you = ) But for you, i think its awesome. i've a pair of 5 1/2 in that are a bear as well. Though i think they're just a size to small (they were gotten off the internet) and there its like cramming my toes into em. i can only take those for a couple of hours and after an hour walking is like majorly painful. Pair of 6 in like dancer heels.. with a 2 inch platform and those are quite nice, tho 12 hours in them starts to hurt.

Great boots..They look great on you. I was a ballet dancer and had to wear toe shoes. I still have my last pair. I wonder if I save for a pair, can I wear them..Hmmmm.. Respectfully, sultry
