Perhaps there is not one because fiscally, it would be too expensive to maintain, operate and stay in business. Not to mention things like zoning ordinances, local politics once word got out and the ever present threat of soccer mom's protesting with their local congregation.

Well, any hotel will allow you to be a sub, just as long as you don't disturb the other guests. You can't walk around naked and collared in the dining room, but you can hold up her chair, open up doors etc. You know, things subs also do for their Dominants in public. And what goes on in your hotel room is your business basically, as long as you don't spank so hard the neighbours very clearly hear what's going on.

As far as resorts go, I wouldn't do it in Disneyland, even though you could probably get away with it, God will hate you for it.
