Hello A/all, Not sure that i am posting this message to the correct plaace but i am at the end of my teather, i open this profile a while ago and it seems that no matter what i do no one can view my full profile when they click on view full profile it goes onto another page and comes up with profile not found. my Master even opened a new one and found out that He had the same problem so it was delated. I have sent message after message to the support team and in fact have been doing such since Feb but nothing back not even a sorry dont know what the issue is and i dont know if any one has had this problem but i would like to know if there is a way of finding out how to correct it. Once again sorry if this has been placed in the wrong board if it has can i be told what thread to post it in please. Respectfully talena{DW}

Did you hit Hide Profile by accident instead of View Profile?

When you log onto CollarMe you should see a long line of clickable buttons on the Left Hand Side. One will say "Edit Profile". If your account is hidden it will say "Edit Profile (Hidden)" if it says that then your profile has been hidden you need to click that button, you will see you own profile. At the top of the page are a few more buttons. One will say Hide Profile. Click that button to Unhide your profile. There is the Possibility that someone thought you were a Scammer and your Profile was re4posted so many times that it was deleted. If you have been scamming or your profile appears to be a scammer profile because you say common things that they do then maybe you were flagged and a Mod on the other side Killed your Profile. I would start with the UnHide part. Also I want to ask you if you Log into CollarChat seperately than CollarMe, I ask this because you can have a profile on CollarChat that is different than your CollarMe one. QSM

Good evening QSM. Thank You for the advice and items to check. 1) Has checked to see if profile is hidden and no its not. 2) Doesnt use collarme chat at all and when i did last year i use Mirc not the java based side. 3) Profile words are just a normal profile stating whom i am, what i am and whom my Owner is and a couple of Gorean quotes. 4) Not spaming the site 5) i can veiw my profile and others can view it if i give them my user id as strangly it doesnt come up on the search. Now me and others can view my profile UNTIL they click on view the full profile then it comes up with profile not found it seems that i am not the only person with this problem and like me they have reported it to support and nothing back. so as You can see i am really at a loss here and really wishes to get my profile back up and running normally.. talena{DW}

I'm not sure what is happening. As you have said, when I click on your name I'm told there is no profile. If I type your name in my search box I also do not find your profile. I do, however, find several talena profiles with numbers after them that all appear to be made by a young woman in the UK. I'm not sure if that is you are not and the ages varied from 21 to 26 so it could be more than one person. There is also one talena in the US. Hope it all gets fixed soon.

This right here, this forum is called CollarChat.... look at the URL it's www.collarchat.com it is actually a different site from CollarMe which is the Profiles section. If you log in on CollarMe and come to here through the button that says message board then you may have yourself logged in as two different people. Go up to the top of this page (Top Right) and click on Log Out. Then hit Log In and relog in with the Handle and Password of the Profile you have. If you have set up Multiple Profiles then you may have the login's crossed. QSM

Hello peppermint Yes some of those profiles where made up today by other people to test to see if i was doing something wrong they have now been all delated. talena37DW talenas and ProGorslave where my profiles. Kind regards talena{DW}

Hello QSM I have delated the other profiles that other people made for me to test things, this is the only profile name i have on this site, i logged out and logged back in like You said but the problem is still there no one can view my full profile and like peppermint has just stated my profile under this name talenaDW is not findable or viewable it is really starting to get me down as i cant chat to friends i know on here. I have double checked the profile status which shows that my profile is not hidden or delated, if i go to the normal profile pages where you search for people and type in my own name i can see my profile but not the full verison. Hello Arpig I had another profile name on here called talenas that has been on and off here since 06 but it was delated back in dec when i was re-collared and then re-done in feb until the other day when i delated it completely and just stayed in this new name but the talenas profile was doing what this one is doing. Hello QSM Has already done that yesterday two other profiles where made and delated because did not work, in total 4 profile names have been made all from different isp addresses as friends have helped out to test that it was not me doing somethng wrong. so is at a complete loss, i do however Thank You for all of the help You have given with different ideas given and tried. Just a shot in the dark... a really, really long shot but... Have you tried creating your profiles with different browsers? Or computers? Or OSes? If you've tried multiple times from the same computer, using the same OS, using the same browser (even though it may have been using different IPs), perhaps there might be something in your software that's causing a problem. A corrupted file or segment in cached memory somewhere, for example... I know... I stated it was a long shot but maybe something to consider at this point.

Hello sappatoti Brillant idea will give it a shot on firefox, has tried with two different PCs one on xp other windows 7 and two different Laptops again one windows 7 other xp both from two different isps but via IE. Regards talena{DW}

Well has tried making a profile using firefox from my windows 7 laptop and same thing is happening, my Master is going to try making a new one now will see what happens.

well that is the 5th profile name tried and nothing still always the same no matter what sytem, isp, browser is used.all profiles other than talenaDW are now fully delated
