In there a place for older subslaves in context of a multi unit or even single home setting in todays world. Could a elderly subslave actually find a post as a house servant, in that capacity, that of the primary duty of a genuine house slave. not excludeing any other duties they might be assigned. Just what is the general feelings about older subslaves

Personally, I'd look less at a number and more at the individual, their health, etc.

The poll is missing a choice .. indeed, I believe that the choices given all point to the general lack of respect given to elders [hmm or to subs in general]. What about a choice of "Wherever they are needed"

i would say there is a place. But only because i can envision "elderly" ppl as butlers and maids as they were for years back in the medievel times when class ment everything. Some were peons for life and they lived that life until they died. Whether it was old or young. Basically they served (for some thinking i'm classing peons with subslaves). Hasnt anyone ever seen an old movie or envision and elderly butler at the age of like 80 still being a butler? As for WHEN ppl are classified as "old" Usually its when they believe it themselves, but generally its classified when they cant really take care of themselves anymore. You know we enter this world the same way we leave it. Unable to care for ourselves and crapping all over the place. Of course thats if you die of old age = ) That being said, they're are 90 year old ppl who'd run circles around ppl in they're 20's. And i know my grandmother who is 80 lives a live that would have my head spinning. The lady never takes a break. To bed late and up at the crack of dawn to exercise, with events through out the day. Ppl, visiting. Her calendar is almost always full and she just doesnt kick back. LOL

I wouldn't mind an older slave but I'd have to take health into consideration. My husband is quite a bit older than I so I have to think about that. Should (when) the time come that most of my attentions were in caring for him I'd want a slave in the household that would be able to help me and me not having 2 on my hands I have to care for. May sound selfish but it's the reality of it.

I am almost 60 and Hubby is 63 and for us it gets better every day. Due to arthritits our positions have changed and are more limited but the dynamic is stronger than ever. I don't think you can draw an arbitrary line, everyone is different. If you do a search you will find many threads on this topic.

proud...you've made me very proud of you today with your reply....as I'm no spring chicken myself...seen the better half of the fifty mark....I still gain knowledge and experience almost everyday....the lifestyle is a 24/7 thing for this OLD man...but not tooting my horn....I think I can still pase myself with some of the youngsters....(coff..coff..puff..puff...weeese)...now I gotta go lie down and rest up for a bit...that took to much energy... Shouldn't older submissives be honored for years of service?

I think it must be a Master's decision. I am 46, and I do think age is relative to what another person values. I try to "take care of myself" in terms of appearance and like to think I can be intuitive, observant, and sensitive to other people's needs and have a genuine desire to get to know them as a person and a friend, not just to satisfy an itch or craving. I know I walk a fine line on that "am I just scatching an itch" question (and don't mean to insinuate that wanting to just scratch one is 'bad or good' (I think it's very good. And know I am fully capable of long term relationships, and (eventually) want one. I know I'd want to be more than just a housework or service slave if service does not include sex. I like sex too much to want to give it up, and have a vivid imagination and a willingness and desire to learn, too. As far as where my "head is" right now, I am really trying to watch myself and am being somewhat cautious in that regard (it's one reason I haven't put a pic up yet, though that might not make sense to anyone else). That, plus I do work w/kids as a volunteer. I am thinking the pic question through, though). When I do partner "seeking" I believe my age limit for any partner will most likely be outweighed by how much we both think (and experience, over time) I can actually satisfy their needs. I know that's probably "too vague" an answer, but I do think age is mostly a number and that ruling it in or out, depends on other things people think they desire(and whether they've stereotyped an age limit as ruling out (or in) other qualities or life experiences (for whatever reason that might occur).

My position is that a slave is useful at any age. I wouldn't choose one who is in an in too much of a deteriorated condition given my current wants and needs, but I would personally keep one no matter how old/feeble one of us became, once he is mine.. As with every relationship, there are adjustments to be made in regards to sexuality and physicality depending on age and health, among other things. Welcome to the boards Understud. M

Mtress Diane; I appericate your reply, And I don't think it selfish in wanting help with the significant other if it came to that. That is what I hope to learn of..genuine service rolls for high milage slaves. I want to commit totaly but am fearful of being discarded later..I have never able to make good decisions. I thank each and every one for there replies, If I didn't reply to everyone I didn't mean it a a slight, in truth I don't type that fast so please believe me when I say I have not read one reply yet that did not encourage me in some way; in my search. I want to hang arround and reply if I can, please remember I'm still relatively new to the key boards... but now must tend to chores...from the bottom of this subs heart thanks for honesty.
