It'd be intriguing though to see how one runs and works and how smoothly, and then maybe I might change my mind.

In a place I choose to live in, I want to feel safe, comfortable, relaxed, and at home. This means that I refuse to live with those who are not overwhelmingly compatible with me. To do otherwise leads to more stress than I think is reasonable or acceptable. This involves not just how other people behave, but how other people arrange things, what other people's cleanliness standards are, how their outside-the-home life intersects with home life, and even the behavior and attitudes of other housemate's friends and relatives not living in the home. Having only a relationship style in common as a requirement will unnecessarily doom the household to failure.

For the same reasons, I seek relationships with people much more based on who they are beyond the fact of being dominant. If all I needed for compatibility was that one aspect, then any person who was a dominant would do, right? But it doesn't work that way. Neither does sharing a house.

It's something I've thought about and I've even contemplated allowing couples to move onto my land in Alaska when I get it...but honestly, I'm not sure how well long term it would work for me.

The answer is a maybe right now.
