I think $750M is fair considering what the guy is worth. $500M worth or fornicating and $250M worth of stupidity. He got off light on the last one. I have read that Elle is barred from ever talking about him in interviews or whatever. I have also read that she was willing to settle for $500M until accounting showed he was worth much more $$$. It's nice seeing new names on the leader board or at least not seeing his. Now if we could just do something with Jimmie Johnson and Roger Federer.

y'know, it's not just her that gets the money imagine the security risk his children would be in for if she doesn't have a house that's protected 24/7, for instance. the bodyguards/security she and the children will need for a very long time. imagine the lack of privacy her and those children will continue to have every day of their lives. divorced mom's deal with that every day in the hundreds of thousands if not millions, and don't get that kind of money. but we've not been married to someone as "big" in fame and money as he is. fame and fortune is great. but it sucks when you want privacy.

my post was in response to him having a much bigger fortune, not because i dont think she and the kids dont deserve every dime they can get. I wanna know how much he has to pay in child support! The house, im sure, is hers, along with the security system. And dear ole dad should have to pay for security personnel as well.

Rockspider, if by now you have not learned that once someone succeeds, others will seek to tear them down, then you ought to. Prenuptials cover marriages that end without children. They go out the window when you need to address the children's needs. And mostly, the wife is considered to have materially increased his earnings by staying home and taking care of the children. If she hadn't, if he had to be there being Mr Mom, then he wouldn't have been out winning all those tournaments that allowed him to get all those endorsements. As such she's entitled to have the added value of the estate from the time they wed minus what was spent on her. So you can remove the cost of fur coats, spas, jewelry and so on.
