Well I am almost 5'9" and one of the strongest most dominant men in my life was 5'8". He was all muscle, sexy as hell and built like a brick house. He was also dark, ethnic, and attracted all the women whenever we went out. I loved how he was so secure that he loved my in high high heels and didn't have any insecurity about it. I always have to wonder about men that are so insecure that they don't like their leggy women to wear heels if it makes them taller than them. How dominant can you really be if a pair of shoes can top you?
It is not the height that makes a man dominant or makes me feel submissive, that is so surface it's kind of superficial to me.
