Status: offline 		I'm barely 5'2, also and a guy has gottttta be waaay taller or ...I just refuse to be turned on, a short guy couldn't dominate me.

I would have neverrr thought you were that tall,  I assumed you were a short sh*t like me.  hahah

Status: offline 		I've thought about this.... in my copious spare time.  That was one helluva good 37 seconds!  I like them to be short enough that my head fits nicely on their shoulder.  I hate tilting my head up for kisses and hugs to such a degree that I can't breathe.

Status: offline 		My Master and I got together when we were 14 (we're 21 now, and he didn't become my Master until about a years ago).  I was just a little taller than him back then, and I figured he'd grow taller with time..... yeah that didn't happen.  I am 5'9" and he is 5'7" with a small frame.  I would LOVE for him to be taller and bigger (no worries down south though haha), but I can't change it, and I love him so I accept it.  It's kind of weird though, cause you'd think the sub would be little and frail-looking compared to the Dom, but he has a very strong and powerful demeanor.

Status: offline 		I'm 5'8 & I do prefer men who are AT LEAST me height but preferrably taller.
Sometimes it doesn't work out that way but like someone mentioned earlier, it's the technique & definitely the "smell"

RealSub58,

I have a noted bias and attraction for tall men. My partners are generally six feet and above. I have never considered a man my height (5'4) or less. I don't find shorter men aesthetically appealing.

No matter how fantastic some of the shorter men I meet are, if they don't look like they could physically dominate me, I'm not interested. There's something about looking a man in the eyes that is so...meh.

But like most of the ladies in this thread, at 5'3", finding someone taller isn't too much of a problem.

Well I am almost 5'9" and one of the strongest most dominant men in my life was 5'8". He was all muscle, sexy as hell and built like a brick house. He was also dark, ethnic, and attracted all the women whenever we went out. I loved how he was so secure that he loved my in high high heels and didn't have any insecurity about it. I always have to wonder about men that are so insecure that they don't like their leggy women to wear heels if it makes them taller than them. How dominant can you really be if a pair of shoes can top you?

It is not the height that makes a man dominant or makes me feel submissive, that is so surface it's kind of superficial to me.

Status: offline 		I am 5'4". I would absolutely love to find a submissive who is shorter than me. Preferably in the 4'6" range. I have always had an attraction to shorter males and females, but sadly, it is really difficult to find someone shorter than me and with whom I have a connection.

I am 5'7" without heels. I like tall men too, but honestly? The hottest men I have been with have been 5'7" or 5'8".

In fact, the love of my life and my hottest partner ever is only 5'7", 175lbs.

He dominates me better than any bigger guys I have known, believe me.

As others have said, it is not the height or body size, it is the skill, connection and chemistry that trump height.

Status: offline 		There is so much that makes a man mansculine, height is but one of those things.  I have always preferred tall men, and I still do, but one of my best partners was my exact height, but he was a big guy and it was so sexy, standing eye to eye to him.  He could hug me and crush me, I loved it.

Status: offline 		i am 5'8", and am quite strong from all the years of yoga and pilates.

i do have a physical need for a taller, stronger man. i find that men that are even 5'9" or 5'10" are often slim build - and i really feel that if it came down to it i could totally overpower men of that size.

i need to know that he is stronger than me, more powerful, and able to manhandle me as much as he wants or needs to do. i am a very physical person as a slave, and physical interaction holds a lot of meaning to me...so if he were my height or smaller, or not as strong as me, there would simply be one aspect of the total "package" that i need in my Owner.

Personally i prefer taller than 6', and i love strong powerful legs...the visual is very appealing to me. i will speak with someone 5'10" or 5'11" if he's athletic or has some meat on his bones, but shorter than 6' i tend to get choosy.

Status: offline 		I am 5-10ish and was married to a man who was 5-7. Neither of us seemed to be bothered by the difference, but now that I'm unpartnered my shoe wardrobe contains quite a few pairs of heels. Damn! My legs look pretty good! Sure, I could have worn them when we were married, but turning a 3" difference into 6" would have called attention to the difference. And as open minded as I profess to be, I have to admit that I have limits.

And now that I have been with taller men, I must admit that I like it ... a lot. As others have mentioned here, when you are horizontal there's no problem. But being with someone your own height opens up all sorts of, uh, vertical possibilities.

I would consider someone my height or shorter, but he would have to be pretty darn exceptional.

I can't believe it took 4 pages for someone to make this point. I'm 5'8 and I find that everything just fits better if I'm with a guy who is around my height. I've found that 5'10 is about perfect. I also prefer my men on the leaner side. The taller a man is, the more likely I am to find a more muscular build attractive.
