Sometimes the feature on the other side, the who's viewing me function makes me howl with laughter as to who has viewed my profile, and of those that view my profile, I seem to have a rash of males who view my profile, when it is I am seeking females. So, I just have to ask, what is it, am I attractive to males for some reason ? The laughter bit comes from those who view, the males being the absolute majority of viewers, when it is sometimes I am curious to see who it is that is viewing, almost every time I do so I find the person's sexual preference is stated as heterosexual, not bisexual or even gay, so what is it, why am I being viewed by so many apparently heterosexual males, or is it there are some even on this site who are not entirely hetero, but refuse to put anything other, the closet types perhaps ?

Well, I got domme's checking my profile even though I am looking for a sub. I also wonder what's the deal with that.

A lot of views come because of posts on the forums. I have had a few that have struck me as completely random, but I figure they read something I posted and decided to see who wrote it.

I also get many from the forums, names I recognise as posters, but also far more I do not recognise as posters, which leaves me to understand the unknowns are either lurkers or found me on the other side.

I, on occasion, view profiles that catch my eye to read more. No deep reason, just curiosity. I imagine it's that same with many who have viewed my profile, particularly after I post something on the forums. Some of the usuals are vultures indeed! [8D]

I'd like to think that people like to take a peek to get a better "feel" for you, as opposed to what your sexual preference might be. If thats not the case, then we have a high percentage of confused and/or illiterate members here. I am wondering though, and with this being my first official "question", please note the quote below. When I am over there checking mail, for example, there is always a random profile right smack there in the middle of the page, regardless of whether or not they match my preferences. Does this mean that I am showing up in thier "Who's viewing me list?" Maybe this is cause for alot of the randomness?

Nope, looking at the brief of a profile doesn't put you on who's viewing me, just if you click to see the full profile.

Checking out the profile just to scare/confuse you [8D] Well, I have also viewed a male profile, just to see what text was on there from time to time, it didn't mean I wasi nterested in them. Or maybe you were friends with a female they ahd an interest in and they wanted to see who they were friends with. Or what happens with me, on a boring night I will just browse some random profiles, just to see what's out there. Don't flatter yourself too much, a view isn't always equal to "I am so interested an turned on by you"[;)]

Its because you post a lot. It happens to me too. And yes, I view someones profile if they seem bright, articulate and make their point well. Such a persons profile is, well , probably interesting too.

I view profiles alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time. Rarely is it of people I am actually interested in within a relationship capacity. I would say that at least 70-80% of the time it is because I think they are wacko and I want to see just how fucked up and wacko they might really be.
