Folks there has been a lot of nonsense talk lately. Nonsense that if we dont start cutting benefit there will be no incentive to find work anymore. Nonsense that hitting those on welfare is the solution to our woes. Myth. Ill tell you what is fact. Some companies are making MILLION dollar profits this year and refuse to hire. Why ? Greed. Companies need to get their head out of their asses and start taking responsibility for their part or non part in economic recovery. At the top wages must be cut by 50%. Harsh? Maybe.  But the poor are being hit hard and lower and middle income earners are either enduring huge wage cuts or have lost their jobs as the result of the incompetence of their betters. Its time to face some unpalatable truths. The rich need to take responsibility and pay their fair share. At the moment they are not.  Where would the surplus cash left over in companies from the wage cuts of the top guy and Ladies go you might ask? To what purpose would the leftover cash be used? Job creation. If the wage cuts of a top Lady or man can be used to create even one job for those lower down it will be worth it. Why cant companies not employ people at the moment? One the economy but two the salaries of those at the top are just too high. They do not reflect the economic predicament we face. Imagine if a salary cut of 50% , 1 Million dollars to 500,000 at the top, could create jobs , imagine how many jobs at the bottom the leftover cash could be used to fund, i make it around 15 clerical staff and maybe five supervisors and thats just the salary of one person, take twenty or thirty of those people and its clear how we can create jobs in future.  Where else is the money going to come from? We need to cut our cloth to suit our measure. People at the top need to survive on LESS, they can , it would be a drop in the ocean to them but once more are they willing and unfortunately the answer is probably no but should it not be taken out of their hands, should it not be imposed.  A Government with any degree of conviction would do this. Would like your thoughts on this Ladies
