Greetings everyone.. i am not new here, but my actual account (corruptedtessa) does not allow me to log in to either chat or messageboards, where as this one just recently made to try to get in to here lets me in straight away? i really dont want to restart a whole other profile just to join discussion lol, anyone have any ideas? ( i have checked that i am trying to log into chat using the same login and pass that i come into CM with normally) am i meant to have a different name for the forums? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank Y/you in advance for Y/your time.. Tessa

Your best bet is to contact support on the other side. If you go to the very bottom, you'll see in blue ink the "support" button. Click on that and ask for assistance. They should be able to help you with your problem. Good luck. [:)]

Sorry to hear you are having troubles. I can only offer a few suggestions, as I've not experienced this myself. Have you tried clicking on the "forgot password" to see if perhaps there is a slight deviation to the password you remember using for the original profile? thanks for the replies and advice, i will be working on that today :) and thats what i couldnt find for some reason, so many thanks for the links as well.. The slashed speak i only use at certain times, and its done out of normal respect to everyone reading, especially in an open forum. People can get equally as touchy about the slashes if they arented actually used! But thanks again for everyones replies and imput here, i will see what i can do on that.. Tessa
