I got a couple woman who want to be slaves. I suggested we start online to evaluate there talents, give me a chance to know them better & So they can decide if this is what they realy want. Before you ask these woman dont know each other & not bi.

I'm seeking advice on how to proceed with there training. The idea is to work them up to a point in a couple weeks where we'd be meeting in real life if everything works out. I know one girl very well as see is an ex girlfriend. The other I dont know as well, but is a friend of a friend.

Well your first step would be to have educated yourself as a Dom. Knowing your own requirements, standards and protocols. Coming on the net and asking everyone else how to make your rag-tag 3 some magically blessed as kinky is begging for trouble from the rafters.

OH go on "SAY IT"  :-)

but to the topic and question. First off meet them both for dinner at a public place at the same time. introduce them to each other and explain what YOU would like to do and how do they feel about it. Also remind them that as a "SLAVE" they are giving up all their privelages ( no i did not say rights ) and that they are willing and eager to do what YOU feel is best for them, and you. And that you have plans on becoming a happy threesome. or heck if you want the same reaction tell them both that they will become whores for you and you expect them both to bring in $500. a night and give it to you.
Please note I said a public place as when the BOTH turn on you you have the ability to run. (there is a small chance that they will accept it if so then Great.But I wil not bet money on it).

Yes such a relationship is possable and they do exist I am in a Master-slave relationship  she has near complete trust in me that I will not harm her or require her to do something that could harm her also that the trust level is complete with both of us. 
For you to even consider starting a relationship as you propose by hiding one from the other is WRONG.  You must give total honesty and trust to earn it.

Get involved with your local bdsm scene find out where the local "MAST" group meets and go there, ASK questions,do some reading on some web sites that are fairly truthful. Educate yourself and when the time is right it will happen if it is ment to.

Train them to do what?
 
You're gonna find it very difficult to train any sub/slave to serve your needs when you apparently have no idea what *your needs* are....  If you're unable to lead, don't be surprised if no-one's following.  Good luck with that!
 
I've owned slaves but I never had to train them on how to meet - we sorta went with the like-minded, mature adults with common goals method....

If you had no idea how to proceed with their online training, then why in God's name did you suggest it?

You are supposed to be the master and they the slaves...so presumably they are expecting you to have at lleast a vague idea as to what it is you want......I am afraid they are likely to be sadly disappointed.

However, on the bright side, you are in the running for the prestigious HNG of the Week award.

Let me get this straight, you need the chance to evaluate and get to know someone better over the net who is an ex girlfriend?  If you are this clueless with someone who you would claim was a former girlfriend it is no wonder she is an "ex".  Don't understand the "I know her very well statement", I can't reconcile that with the part about getting to know one another.

The friend of a friend, should bitch slap the friend who introduced you two.

So which are you a fool or an idiot?
