The public pools I swam in as a kid would have banned you for the summer long before the rowdiness got near that point. How about closing the pool for two weeks, and letting the community know exactly which kids caused it, and who their parents are?

I have to agree with thefuckstick.[:D] Pools and water are fucking dangerous.Any body of water,really.No amount of horse-play,dunking,pushing or anything is ok.A zero tolerance policy is the only way to go. I would go farther that banning the perps for the season.Banned forever is better,after facing juvenal justice. The collective punishment is a bit extreme tho.Just target the perps.
