That's pretty much how I put it, once, with a partner.  'We do just what you enjoy'  Her reply, 'Really?  What woman would turn that down?!'  But it'd be idealistic to assume that all subs mean that, in practice.  It'd also be idealistic to assume that a woman would always want that offer, too.

just because the husband has a need..surely being a vanilla wife doesn't need to be fixed..

That's a good question. In fact, some submissive men do take that road. Unfortunately, not everyone can and even if they all could it may not necessarily be the best option.

We've established that asking these wives to be something they are not would be wrong. Some would say it is equally wrong to ask the men in these relationships to be something they are not by denying their own needs for the rest of their lives.

What I have said to couples, or halves of couples facing this situation is that they need not participate in the kink by they do need to be willing to be supportive.

As we say so often on these boards, the relationship is about both peoples' needs.

Me too. I have never wanted to be the "head of household" in the traditional sense. I don't mind a slight different split to repsonsibility but I do need something closer to 50-50 than 100-0

Status: offline 		i agree with my Mistress it would be fantastic if my wife could be a top but i agree she is likely a closet sub at best. LadyPact is a very good instructor to any who ask but will respect boundary's and not force anyone to learn. after all She is the most approachable Domme that anyone will meet
