So can someone tell me why is it so hard to find a female sub/slave on this website?

Well you might start with actually having a profile that says something about you and is gramatically correct, but in reality the numbers game is a bit tough for males all around as far as online goes. On this site if you post in the forums and aren't a raving lunatic it might help as well as people can reference your posts with your profile.

It isn't really. You just need to have patience. Which IMO is a wonderful quality in a Dom.

I looked at your profile and noticed that you describe yourself as an "older Dom".  I've found that to mean that a middle-aged (or older) Dom is usually looking for a sub who is younger than himself.   I'll overlook those profiles since I don't fit the bill.  So, that limits your pool of choices by a fair bit.  From my perspective you are a younger Dom.
Also,you don't really say what you're looking for in a relationship such as monogamous long term, just play, poly, etc.
