Hi all i was wonder what this device is called, its a plastic rectangular shaped paddle but it has a number of needles/thumb tacks in it with an adjustable head for varying the depth of the penetration  any help would be really appreciated :):):)

So its plastic and has sharp bits in it that penetrate the skin?!? Does it come with instructions on how to sterilize?

I second this.  Unless there is some way to sterilize all those needles, it is not safe to use on skin.
